Credit and Return Policy
1)
Terms – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or upon approval, COD-cashier’s
check. Production quantity orders from new customers are charged
50% when order is cut, and the balance 50% plus freight when order is
shipped (usually 1 week to 10 days after cutting). Existing customers
may apply for credit approval of “COD-Company Check” terms.
2)
All production orders are cut and sewn to order, so confirmed orders
may not be canceled.
3)
All merchandise is guaranteed against sewing and manufacturing defects.
Credit will be issued if reported within 15 days of invoice date. It
is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect garments for damage before
washing, dyeing, embellishing, etc.
In
addition, it is the buyer’s responsibility to test garments for
shrinkage and sizing before going into production dyeing or decorating.
All Fashion Blanks garments are initially cut oversize. They will shrink
when first machine washed and dried, or garment-dyed, but then the fit
will be true to size. Please note, some fabrics shrink more than others.
Our velour styles usually shrink less than 5%, but rib or fleece pieces
may shrink 13% in length. If you substitute a low-shrink fabric for
a high-shrink one in production (which you are welcome to do with Fashion
Blanks) there may be after-garment-dye sizing variations that you will
need to be aware of.
All
merchandise washed, dyed, or with artwork will not be accepted for return.
4)
No returns without prior consent by Fashion Blanks and a Return Authorization
number issued by us. Merchandise must be returned within 2 weeks after
a Return Authorization has been issued.
5)
Minimum order is 6 pieces per size, per color, per style. Prices shown
on the price list are per piece, for 12 or more pieces per size. For
6 pieces per size, add 10%.
6)
A volume discount of 10% is offered for 60 pieces per size, per style.
On orders of over 600 pieces per style, please ask for specific discount
quotes, which vary by style.
7)
Delivery is “as ready”, usually shipping 2 to 2 ½ weeks after order
is placed. Some styles may be in stock, so please let us know if you
need a faster delivery. Back orders will remain on order until shipping
is complete. If you cannot accept back orders, you must inform us when
placing the order and request that all goods be held until everything
is ready.

Due to fabric price instability, we must reserve the right to change
garment prices without notice.

only, except for Microfleece. We do offer colors in jersey fabric; see
Surcharge detail below to calculate prices.

Yes! Many of our customers use their credit cards for production orders
and accumulate “frequent flier” miles either for their company or their
family. We will gladly accommodate your request to process your charge
on a specified day, to best distribute your purchases on the credit
card. For your security we do not keep your credit card number on file,
so please have your number ready when you call in orders, or use the
space provided on the order form to enter the number and expiration
date on faxed-in orders.
